Real estate will be purchased on the basis of a set of criteria previously agreed with the banks. The acquired portfolio components will be transferred to us after an independent and thorough evaluation process. No further acquisitions are planned after the portfolio acquisition period; only new properties, transferred to us after foreclosures will be added to the portfolio of our business line. An individual utilisation plan presenting the property investment cycles to market investors in a predictable manner is a prerequisite of the acquisition of properties. We are convinced that the new or modified conditions of utilization will generate an added value to the real estates. Consequently, we expect financial gain on the re-sale of any real estate which will contribute to the funding of our debt restructuring foreclosure and property management activities.
